Always had good experience but since I moved 4miles away I have been kicked out not had a review of my new medication or my blood done since getting new meds have type 2 diabetes & now have no prescription or medication as i get anxiety I can't face moving doctor & feel angry that iv been left with no tables when I work and pay my NI & Tax

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. I am sorry that you are unhappy that your new address has taken you out of our patient area, unfortunately this is our surgery policy.

I have reviewed the actions of our surgery and deem them to be appropriate in this case.
