"WORST SURGERY IN THE AREA "

I’ve used the practice for 21 years now and can honestly say it is the WORST doctors around this area. I am actually changing doctors due to what has happened today. I’ve been to the doctors about a problem I’ve been having and the first doctor asked me to give blood and stool samples (lovely doctor who seemed to be concerned) I then phoned up about my results to be greeted by an awful receptionist who actually cut my explanation short and asked in a dull/ non-empathetic voice “name please?” Then told me they were clear. I phoned back a few days later to make a further appointment as I still feel in the dark about my problem... to then be phoned by a doctor today who made me feel as though I was just totally waisting her time!! I actually broke down in tears on the phone to her as she made me feel as though my issue is never going to be resolved and that I was stupid for even booking an appointment in the first place. Also, she had to ring me 4 times as there was a ‘problem’ with the phone line. Disgusting!
