"Inconsistent"

About: Torbay Hospital

Having seen a consultant last year about actinic keratosis, i was given treatment and advice to return if the condition hadn't gone or came back. The condition didn't completely clear and has come back as bad as my previous visit. I saw a different consultant, who was extremely brief, didn't want the HCA to enter the room (though she obviously was expecting to) and simply said it's fine, and 'doesn't require treatment at the moment'. This was in complete contradiction to the consultant previously seen in advice and professional manner. I really feel like this consultant simply didn't care.
