(as the patient),

I would like to give praise to the staff of the Vanguard Suite at Heartlands Hospital. The day before my appointment I fearsome thoughts of the treatment I was to have on my arranged day. However I could not have been in better care from start to finish, the caring attention given to me was exellent. I came away after the procedure feel very relaxed about the whole event. Once again thank you for what you did for me as one of your patients.
