(as a service user),

Dear Sir/Madam,

After having a fall at home and a short stay in hospital with a back injury, I could not walk without aid.

I would sincerely like to thank all the physiotherapy in Newtownards, namely Gerard-Peter-Louise-Elaine-Paddy+Jane.

With their help and patience, glad to say I can walk again unaided. I am so thankful to every one of them, and wish them all the best.
