I have been on the same contraceptive pill for some time, during Covid I have phoned through for repeat prescriptions and they have sent them to my local pharmacy to collect. So far so good until last week when someone decided to prescribe an unbranded version of the pill I take which has previously caused me to have spotting etc. Perhaps trying to provide a cheaper product, not checking patients records and above all no consultation with patient. Went to collect prescription and had to reject as was the wrong item. Disappointing!
