"disappointing"

I have been with this practice for over 20 years and always found it very good. I need to email one of the doctors there but the surgery has no email address and the is no other way of contacting him, except by going via one of the receptionists during weekday working hours to make an appointment for a telephone consultation days ahead. This really isnt good enough when you can't even get to talk to a gp, let alone actually make an appointment to see one. I am desperate to speak to my gp but it seems unless you're dying of something, we're shoved on the waiting list. And how can certain conditions be diagnosed on the phone?
