James has supported me for a few years now and helped me so much. He has applied for social housing on my behalf and took about 16month but last week I signed for my new property he has helped in so many other ways and I couldn’t have wished for a more supportive worker. I consider him as a friend.

My name is Lydia and I am part of the team who responds to people when they share their experiences. I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

It was great to read how well you feel James has supported you, especially when it's about something as important as housing. I can only imagine that the 16 month wait for your new property must have felt like a lifetime and I'm really glad to hear that it's finally come through for you.
