"Not helpful"

The doctors here are fine but the admin staff are unhelpful. I recently rang to ask for a swab to retake my Covid test as it was suggested my local practice would be able to help with this. The reply I got was — we have nothing to do with Covid— when I asked if the practice could supply a swab for me to collect, I was told ‘no’. So I was unable to carry out my volunteer test. I can’t believe the practice doesn’t have swabs, they could at least have suggested where I could buy one.
