"Doctor's attitude"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital / Plastic surgery

(as the patient),

Went for an appointment yesterday in out patients. When I went in the doctor told me I had a viral wart on my top lip. The doctor then asked me what my GP said about it. I informed them I had not seen my doctor, but had sent a photo to them and that my doctor would refer me to a plastic surgeon. I did not hear nothing for a long time fearing it might be skin cancer, so I went to a+e, to which the consultant went completely enraged shouting why I went to a+e with a wart?

I tried to explain it was the only way to put my mind at rest but the shouting carried on all in front of a nurse who looked quite shocked. This staff member then went on to tell me they could remove it but it would be the worst injection I could have and it would be extremely painful a swollen lip for three weeks and a scar for life.
