Was admitted to Culm West ward with pneumonia and would like to say a heartfelt thank you for the care and consideration given to me during my (thankfully ) brief stay. From the care staff themselves who kept me updated on mt test reults and treatment plan, to the efficient cleaners and the lovely tea lady, I could not fault any of them.
