"Outstanding Care"

I rapidly attained a high degree of confidence in the staff involved in the early part of my care and was reassured to discover that there would be no delays or interruptions to my treatment because of coronavirus. I underwent chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy during 2020 and found all the staff who were responsible for me showed the highest degree of professionalism and care. They were all calm and focused under pressure and worked tirelessly to ensure I was put at ease and had all the information I needed to understand what was happening at every point in the process. The behind the scenes pressure on all staff during this time must have been weightier than normal due to the additional administrations and effort involved, but this never showed or seemed to present an outward challenge to the staff, for which I was immensely grateful.
