What a well run department. During these uncertain /covid times feeling anxious about attending hospital feels twice as bad. Needn't have worried. Everything ran smoothly staff in ultrasound was great and no waiting around. Next to Ward 1B. Very quick response again no waiting around and no other patients around. Everyone was friendly all areas were clean and tidy and well marked out.I felt really safe and at ease. In the treatment area again everyone was friendly and had time for you, never felt rushed and was always put at ease.

Well done and thankyou to you all in Ultrasound and Ward 1B.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the Gynaecology department at Pilgrim Hospital. We endeavour to treat everyone who attends our department with kindness, respect and compassion. We understand how it can be such a anxious time for our ladies, and it is lovely to hear when we have succeeded. I was so pleased to hear the staff were able to put you at ease, having time for you, which in turn made you feel safe.
