"Cancelled major operation the day before "

After having a scan that was 40 minuets late, my time with pinehill just got worse. Went through the hassle of Pre-op, sheilding from my family for the week and the covid test, missing work time, taking pre op precautions and dealing with unfriendly nurses all for nothing due to the absolute lack of communication between doctors that meant just hours before the operation it was cancelled and was told there is nothing they can do for me in the future, so i will NEVER be usuing their services again. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
