"Mental health and covid"

About: Pluscarden Clinic / Psychotherapy

(as a service user),

I have had mental health which has been on going since I've moved here in 2011 been under a cpn at start and have had psychiatric appointments until this day which is the little support I have but since about February nothing since covid, my mental health issues have worsened as alot but no appointments or calls is a disgrace, knock on effect your supposed to just cope and turn your feelings off and illnesses due to covid, where's the care? ? ?

Hello Gjt,

I am so sorry to hear that you have not had any form of support since February and to hear that your mental health has worsened. The current pandemic has had a significant impact on services, and services are working in different ways however we would not want for anyone to feel that they are unsupported during this difficult time.

I wonder if you would like to get in contact with me by telephone on 01343 567341? I would like to understand your experience in more detail to see if there is anything that I can help with.

Kind regards

Corrine Lackie
