"Flu injection "

About: Marden Medical Practice

I attended the practice today the 21st October for my flu injection of which I am very grateful, but unfortunately my experience of getting in and out of the surgery was some what nervy due to two women loitering around in the entrance to the practice, in fact I had to walk between them to get in and out, I’m afraid to say that this whole processes has not been very well thought out due to corvid 19, to say I’m extremely disappointed in the way this process was conducted in view of the present circumstances.

We are sorry that you were disappointed following your recent visit to Marden Medical Practice. Patients’ safety when visiting the Practice is our key objective.

All patients are asked to wear a face covering when attending the Practice and asked to respect social distancing measures that we have put in place.

I can confirm that we have carried out numerous Flu Vaccination Clinics over the past few weeks and have received very positive comments in relation to the measures we have put in place, so I am sorry that the these measures were not adhered to during your visit.

We would be very happy to discuss your concerns in more detail and should you wish to do so, please telephone the practice at your convenience and ask to speak to Debbie Turner, Reception Manager or Zoe George, Practice Manager. Many thanks.
