Online services are not working and you cannot walk in the Old Kent Road Surgery (SE1 5TY). The only way of making an appointment is by phone at 08:30.
Not a couple of hours timeframe or some flexibility to book the appointment. Only by phone and at specific time (which is not midday, it is at 08:30 am).
How many calls are they able to take at 08:30? Because if it's 09:00 you are late, good luck next day. This service/laziness is embarrassing.
