After two phone calls where wait times were 45 min+ Bosmere informed me they had not received an email from the x-ray/scanning clinic and their suggestion was to book me in for an emergency doctors appointment so the Doctor could re-refer me. However on calling them back to say this could use an appointment up for someone else and use up valuable doctors time. Bosmere then located the email that was sent 10 working days ago and put this down to Bosmere rushing to look for the email on the previous two occasions. Thank you I'm really greatful you found the email.
