"Fantastic Female GP & Referral Administrator"

I recently contacted the GP after having a spout of different ailments occur at once (and during COVID!). One in particular involving the inside of my knee. I have raised the issue with GP's before at another practice and had also visited Kingston Hospital who weren't useful and resulted in a "Consultant" sending me home unable to walk. I contacted my GP who sped the process up and arranged an MRI, something I have been needing for 11 years to finally work out the problem. This GP listened to me and all of my symptoms and rather than talking over me which makes the entire process so much easier. As a result I will now be having physio and lots of it! I couldn't be more grateful to my GP at Langley's and the Referral Administrator for being so prompt! Thanks again!
