Over the weekend I unfortunately pulled my back. I went to the local A&E which helped with the I initial pain but was directed to my GP for follow up pain management. I phoned the Surgery yesterday to ask if I could have a copy of the A&E Attendance Letter and while it couldn't be emailed to me, the reception staff printed it and had it waiting so my wife could collect it. I asked if I could pre book an appointment for today but was informed that they did not have any pre-bookable appointments left but suggested I use the "eConsult" System. I filled in the phones yesterday and was told someone would make contact with me.

I was a little unsure if I would get a call.so I phoned the surgery this morning and I was informed by the lovely receptionist that not only had they received my eConsult form but I was on the list for one of the clinicians to call me and I was on the early list for a call. so each time I contacted about this issue I had a great experience from the reception staff to the clinician I spoke to. Thank you for making what could have been a really challenging situation incredibly easy!!
