Today I went for a full set of eye tests at Specsavers in North end road, and each member of staff was professional, friendly, extremely efficient.

They all made me feel very welcome and at ease, I have a number of conditions that make it difficult for me to wear glasses, such as chronic nausea, claustrophobia, and others... the eye special was just so reassuring and gentle, was never judging me for being such a bad patient, just genuinely trying to help me getting better for the long term.

I have never come across such a dedicated, friendly and professional team.
