The appointment system is a joke. It is a lottery. I have been trying to get through for over 2 hours today. All i hear is the engaged tone.

Eventually i did get through....Told to try again tomorrow.

Stress added to diagnosis!

I am very sorry to hear that you have been having trouble getting through on the telephone lines to Old Road West Surgery. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions the telephone lines have been tied up by clinicians phoning patients. We are trying to rectify this and have been in touch with our telephone provider to arrange a suitable solution.
