I’d like to pass on my appreciation to the Medical Teams I had contact with last month (September).

I saw the Urology Consultant at the Hadwen community outpatient clinic in Abbeydale. Within a week I received a letter from her, copied to my local Surgery, outlining what would happen next.

The subsequent MRI scan took place in Gloucester Royal and within a month of the initial consultation I received a clear and concise report from the Consultant.

The whole process was well coordinated, supported by friendly, Covid aware, professional staff and delivered seamlessly to me the end user.
