(as the patient),

I arrived at the suite and was welcomed by Jackie, she was very approachable and friendly. During my appointment she made me feel comfortable and at ease and answered all my questions professionally. Couldn't have asked for better quality of care, she was brilliant. I now feel more confident about having the operation due shortly. Keep up the good work.
