Went for a blood test at the Phlebotomy department and I was really nervous because of previous bad experiences with blood tests such passing out and panic attacks. The nurses were really empathetic because they could see I was really nervous. They reclined the chair for me, gave me some water and chatted to me throughout the whole appointment to keep me as relaxed as possible. Can’t thank the nurses enough!
