About: Melbourne Grove

This surgery has let me down repeatedly. Though l am no longer a patient there, the impact its had on me as l go through some dark and challenging times saddens me.

Poor communication from reception and that's when they answer the phone. Being on hold for over an hour is not good enough and just when you think they have answered the phone hangs up.

Telephone consultations appointments are not always kept. No apologies offered. One excuse after another. There is not anything good l can say about this Surgery.

I would not recommend. My complaints were ignored. Glad to see the back of this Surgery.

: We are truly sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues whilst using our service. Over the past 3 months, we have made numerous changes to our staffing and systems to rectify many of problems you have mentioned.

We hope that in future you may reconsider and return to Tessa Jowell as a much welcomed and valued patient .
