left about 30 mins on a bed with no covers to cover my private parts with staff walking in and out of the room i pulled my gown down twice but it was pulled up to my chest again i just felt like a piece of meat on a slab for anyone to walk in and look at, the staff on urology need to read your policy on dignity this is one of the reasons people dont come to the clinic for treatment

I am really truly sorry that you have experienced such an indignity during your visit to Urology. Please could you contact us so we can get further details from you, so we can feedback to Urology and ensure a repeat of this does not happen again.

Please could I ask that you contact our PALs department on 01772 522972 between Monday - Friday 9-4. They do have an answer machine service out of these hours so if you leave a telephone number they will get back to you at a time that's suitable for you.
