"My hand operation"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived at Queen Margaret Hospital Fife, which I was made to feel welcome and safe and given direction to the day surgery unit. There was a one way system in place and everything was efficient. The staff on the ward where kind caring and made me welcome ,I was offered a tea or coffee straight away .Details where taken a pre visit from my surgeon explaining all aspects of my for coming surgery. In the operating threatre again my surgeon and the nursing staff all made me feel relaxed,I even had the opportunity to watch what my surgeon had done which was fascinating. If anyone is feeling unsure about an operation I would recommend Queen Margaret Hospital, Day surgery unit .Thankyou to all the staff on the unit and my surgeon who did my right De Querians release .
