I hurt my knee fairly badly and called 111. They had a specialist physician call me back who said I needed to speak to my GP within three days. My GP had no available appointments on the website so I called reception the next morning. They were very busy but had my GP call me back within a few hours. We talked about my symptoms and he referred me the same day to the muskuloskelatal clinic where I had an initial treatment plan within two days. All online so far but helpful. At every stage my treatment was quick and professional and I feel very reassured. I am especially pleased with the way that reception and then Dr. Slater at the practice took seriously my problem, understood what I was saying and arranged for care. I was surprised how effective the virtual care was.
