"very bad service from the nurse "

I did not have an appointment with my doctor, I being an urgent case I was seen by a nurse who I do not think has knowledge of medicine. The nurse looked into my eyes, not at my swollen and painful foot and told me to lose weight because I am fat (80kg). And I have nothing. Later I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and leg cracks, torn ligaments and a lot of water in foot. I did an MRI at a private practice. I changed my GP.
