While the standard of medical care at this surgery is ok. The whole operation is a nightmare to deal with. This time I asked for a copy of my blood test results. The doctor said I had to ring admin (btw the operating times on your website are not correct for all of the departments). I was told I had to fill in yet another form to release my blood test results (even though I had filled in the form only recently for a the first blood test). I thought I had found the solution by downloading the NHS app to get my patient records -- only to find that if I wanted blood test results I would have to contact my surgery - back to square one.
So now I have to fill a form in again and presumably take it to the surgery to check my ID - another phone call and another visit to the surgery.
Why is this all so difficult?
Oh and by the way have you looked at your NHS feedback scores - not great! On top of all this - if you don't go into the pharmacy and write your name on a bit of paper, you will be sent a parking notice and fine
I hope you take my comments seriously - I have an MBA and lecture in operations management at several universities and quite frankly its a good job that you have a monopoly!
