Left on the phone for 2 hours to book an appointment. The message before I start the queue states to book online, but the website says this isn’t possible! When I do get through the receptionists are rude and short (makes me wonder how it takes so long to answer the calls as they didn’t spend more than 2 minutes with me!). Also had issues with previous appointments with the lead GP misdiagnosing an issue and also making a referral to social services after my 14 month old had a mark on her shin which she banged whilst learning to walk... an over reaction of appalling proportions without thinking of the potential consequences to us as a family. We have contacted them via email (as requested) only to receive nothing in return.

I will be changing doctors as soon as I possibly can
