I recently had a telephone appointment with a doctor at the University of Bath Medical Centre and he was so friendly. He made me feel very comfortable to talk about my problems and helped me quickly and effectively, whilst keeping me as involved as possible with the process.
The same goes for all of the staff I have encountered at the Centre, who have all been friendly and polite.
Additionally, when I needed a doctor's note the staff were so quick with my request and it was a very hassle free experience!
If you're ever worried about going to see the doctor or the nurse, this surgery will make you feel at ease.
