"They dont care"

Have been trying to make an appointment for my very sore inverse psoriasis/intertrigo. The phone has been engaged all day long. I suspect they have taken it off the hook. I finally did get through. I was told to make an appointment through the e-consult. The e-consult decided that my psoraisis is meningitis and that I cannot make an appointment but need to seek medical assistance urgently. What a laugh (not). So I tried calling Mannamead Surgery again, only to have the phone engaged all afternoon. According to my mobile phone I have tried calling them 12 times.
