(as a service user),

I have been particularly impressed by the efficiency and kindness during my stay in hospital at BGH and by the visiting occupational therapy team who assisted me after my discharge including Frances and Fiona who arrange for me to have fixed assist handles and equipment. This was done very promptly which has helped me to get mobile again.
