"Really efficient and caring practice"

We changed to this practice about 10 years ago after being unhappy with the service we were receiving at another local practice. They have been terrific over the years. An example that particularly springs to mind were how caring they were when we were going through the stressful business of IVF. I also one time took my daughter in, thinking she might have impetigo, but it was something else similar that was not infectious. Instead of making me feel that I'd wasted their time as some places would, they took the opportunity to train a medical student in how to examine a young patient (asking me and my daughter first if that was okay). It was really inspiring! They also nearly always run to time and apologise if they are running late.
