"I got cellulitis after minor operation"

I went to hospital to have a "horn" removed from the back of my hand. The nurse was very pleasant, and made me feel at ease then removed horn and surrounding tissue in order to do biopsy.

A day later my hand started to swell up, went very red, and started to travel up arm. The wound was infected.

I went to doctor and he said it was infected, by now my hand was a mess, pain and swelling were unbearable, was on antibiotics, pain killers and anti inflammatory.

It did not look like the nurse prepared the wound before using the scalpel and didn't wear gloves. I am still suffering, swelling is going down but it's a slow process.
