"Flu Vaccination"

I was telephoned by my GP practice to tell me that I was eligible for a flu vaccination.  I made an appointment within a week and the procedure adopted by St Ronan's Medical Practice was flawless.  I did not have to queue, there was someone waiting at the door ready to give out masks and ask us to sanitise our hands before we went in.  The staff had separated the waiting area for appointments, there were clear signs where to go and the practice had set up a one way system.  Furthermore, with the front doors and the fire exit open, the building was well ventilated.

As usual, the staff were friendly and welcoming.  Dr Watt administered the vaccine and, as usual, it was painless.  There was no hurry, I felt safe throughout and I was proud of how well our surgery had organised themselves.
