I cannot easily visit Stoke in the week as I work away. I have spent days trying to contact the surgery. There is only one phone number and it is either engaged or switches to a fax after several minutes.
Do I need to find another surgery? It's difficult to travel currently and I do not want to take time off in case the surgery is no longer open.
Can someone give me a clue on the next report please? If the surgery is no longer open, I will have to make enquiries with other doctors in the area as Stoke is my only permanent address.
