I have been booked in for a call from ENT about my MRI results call scheduled for 09:30 I have called 7 times chasing this up today expecting a call from the consultant as I have waiting for this appointment. Every time I call up they take a message for me to be called back. I call them back at 16:45 as I have STILL heard nothing and I get that they have all gone for the day.
"Absolutely Fuming!"
