Following a seizure [due to my epilepsy]
on Monday, an on going fever - temperature, accompanied by a stomach bug or virus, being unable to eat, having more smaller seizures, headaches, and drinking alot more - taking paracetamol , without any difference & feeling generally unwell, I called N.H.S. 24. After speaking to the call handler, as well as the Nurse ? I was told a Medical Practitioner - G.P. would be sent out to see me. Following their visit, and check up of my observations - and advice given I'd like to thank the G.P / Dr, Foley, for his voluntary "Out Of Hours" given.
His professional manner was commendable.
......(Hopefully he will get to see this)....
Tell him to keep up the good work.
I have the highest level of respect for the work he, and the rest of the N.H.S. 24 staff are doing in these unprecedented Covid-19 times we're living in. Thankyou again.
(Hopefully my symptoms will resolve themselves, without developing into anything further!)
I ♡ THE N.H.S.
"The Out Of Hour Doctor Service."
