Thank you for taking the time to get in touch about your husband’s experience. I’m sorry to hear that the communication from your husband’s doctors did not give you confidence in his care and treatment. I am also sorry to hear the attitude of our staff being described as ‘rude’ and ‘very arrogant’ as this is not in line with our Trust values and behaviours. We would expect patients and their families to have a better experience of our services than the one you have described and we would want to look into what happened so that we can learn from your feedback. Please contact us by emailing QMCPET@nuh.nhs.uk so that we can take some further information from you.

With best wishes
