"Post op care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as a service user),

I admitted to ward 49 after undergoing endometriosis removal. I cannot fault the staff, they were great and nothing was too much. Special thanks to student nurse Emily who went above and beyond to make sure that I was ok, her approach was gentle and caring. She will make a fabulous nurse.

Thank you very much for commenting on how well the gynaecology team met your needs during your recent episode of care in the department and whilst in ward 49 at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I have shared your feedback with the team and they are delighted to receive this. I will also make sure that Student Nurse Emily is informed of your positive feedback.

I hope you are doing well at this time and recovered well from your procedure.

Best wishes
