"Amitted with severe breathlessness"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I suffer from dilated cardiomyopathy and was  admitted to Forth Valley suffering with severe breathlessness.

The care, the dedication and professionalism the entire staff were faultless, remarkable at any time but in the current circumstances, truly amazing.

My chance to give my thanks.

Dear williwonka,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent admission to hospital. I'm sorry to hear about the symptoms you experienced related to dilated cardiomyopathy. I know everyone in my team in Cardiology, and in the other teams across the hospital, will be delighted to hear about your positive experience of being here with us.

You are right that current circumstances give us some extra challenges when it comes to caring for our patients but as you've highlighted, staff are working really hard to continue their high standards despite this.

I am really pleased to hear your lovely feedback about Forth Valley staff who'll really appreciate your kind words.

I hope you are feeling much better.

Thank you again

Catherine
