"No online site map"

Ludicrous! I have just spent half an hour searching for an online site map of the RLI so I can find my way to an endoscopy appointment. All it has turned up are a lot of other people who have also complained of the same problem and a you tube video which starts at the entrance to the department and so fails to identify where in the hospital the department is. Not everyone wants to watch YouTube videos, and, for goodness sake, this is a fundamental resource, particularly at this time when the last thing we want is to be milling around the place trying to find where to go in a covid safe way. I am not impressed, especially when the front line staff are working so efficiently and safely for our benefit in an inherently dangerous situation.
