Had a fall yesterday and needed tetanus and dressing. Appointment arranged by kind understanding receptionist for next day with a nurse. Attended appointment and not only did the nurse dress my wound and give me a tetanus she went above and beyond and gave me an overdue diabetic foot check and my ‘flu injection to save me coming on Saturday. I have been with this practice for 66yrs and initially I did not take kindly to the changes but today couldn’t have been happier. Thank you
