"Terrible system"

About: The Portland Practice

Ridiculously difficult to make a dr appointment with my regular gp. Referrals regarding urgent prescriptions from the dietician not actioned. I should be on dietary supplement drinks after a week in hospital and an nj or tpn discussed. Still not received my prescription and it's really difficult to get through I don't have an hour to sit on the phone! I don't understand why it is so chaotic and it was this way before covid.
