The website process for repeat prescriptions is awful, and i'm tech savvy. Also getting an appointment with a doctor is almost impossible even before Covid. My mother was told when not feeling well (she's 87 and has had open heart surgery) - "cant see you yet- contact us again after the Covid epidemic" that was from a doctor NOT the receptionist. Compared to my doctors in Witley, the support and accessability is appaling. You can get an appointment there either same day or tomorrow even in Covid.
