About: South Tyrone Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

MS patient for 20 years here to receive MS infusion, a new drug.

Staff very good, friendly, helpful.

I had trouble parking ......... disabled park too far away from area I had to go to.  Parked outside hospital door, worried I'll be clamped.

I've been offered lunch.  I have to come back once every month for infusions.  Driving myself because of COVID restrictions.  feel totally at ease.

cant wait to see if treatment helps stabilize my MS.

Thank you very much bro64 for your welcomed feedback about coming to the Day Clinical Centre in South Tyrone Hospital for your new MS infusion. It is admiral to hear that you are coming after 20 years to receive your new infusion and do hope that this medicine will indeed "stabilise" your condition.

I am sorry to hear that you found parking close to the front door so difficult in order to access our Unit and I will certainly raise this issue with my Head of Service and Estates Manager on site, in the hope that this issue can be appropriately addressed. Hopefully we will find adequate resolution to this very important aspect of coming for your essential treatment.

I am delighted to hear you found the staff so "friendly and helpful" and look forward to sharing this kind praise with my team. Once again thankyou for taking the time to write about your experience with us.
