"Long wait for urgent appointment"

About: Borders General Hospital / General Surgery (Ward 7)

(as a service user),

I’ve been waiting a follow up appointment - which I have been told is marked as urgent - since July. I have had 24 hour pain since then. It is now October and I can now barely walk after a bowel motion for around five hours and my heart is being affected. Still no news of when my “urgent” appointment is. Appalled.
